English

Subject field(s)
  • Fire, Accidents, Miscellaneous Risks (Insur.)
  • Insurance
OBS

The term hold-up as used, can, in the case of hold-up policies, have a broader application than this, however, and be defined as also applying to the forcible taking of property by an overt, felonious act committed by a thief in the presence of the custodian, provided, that the custodian is aware of what is happening, and that it is not committed by an officer or an employee of the Insured.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Incendies, accidents et risques divers (Assur.)
  • Assurances
OBS
